1. Welcome & Introductions.

2. Fundraising Training by Dr. Katarzyna Rolzinski.

3. Minutes from last meeting – July, 2009 (note no meeting was held in Aug.)

4. Treasurer’s reports - July and August, 2009.

5. Labor Day Picnic – Recap. Over 200 people attended. Central Committee is giving over $3,000 to Project Sanctuary. Club raised over $2,000 on Raffle. Central Committee raised about $1,500 in Sponsorship, which is about what the event costs. Thanks to all who helped. It was a huge success!

6. This Sunday is Mike Thompson’s BBQ @ Valley Oaks in Hopland (13601 Old River Rd.) from 4:00 to 6:30. Club sponsorship qualifies for 2 tix. Who wants to go?

7. Next Friday, Oct. 2 is Wes Chesbro’s BBQ @ Parducci Wine Cellars from 6 – 8:00. Club sponsorship qualifies for 4 tix. Carol & Jim Howlett are donating 2 tix. Who wants to go?

8. Election Nov. 3^rd.

9. Need to schedule Steering Committee meeting. Need a new member since Ginger is moving to England and has offered her resignation. Also need to discuss new meeting site.

10. Debra Broner, Region 2 Coordinator announcements on Party Platform Hearings and CDC Training.
