This year's theme  is "Food, Friends, Fun, and Politics!"
Monday, September 7th from 11:30 - 3:30 p.m. at Frey Vineyards, 14000 Tomki Road Redwood Valley.

    The Labor Day Picnic is a Mendocino County Democratic event honoring the importance of labor as a focus of the Democratic agenda in Mendocino County.

    The Mendocino Democrats together with the Ukiah Valley Democratic Club plan a fun and informative day to include a forum for candidates, elected officials and labor leaders to speak on labor issues. Music and a picnic featuring char-grilled tri-tip, pasta salad, green salad and garlic bread rounds out the day.
   
    Headlining the entertainment is TJ Elton, leader of the local band "The Felt-Tips." He performs regularly around the county both solo, as a lead guitarist, keyboardist, and is best known for his great singing voice.
